DOMESTIC SHIPPING

To participate in free domestic ground shipping, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and click checkout. The Free Ground Shipping will automatically be applied. The "Ground Shipping" option must be selected to receive the free shipping offer.

NOTE: For orders with pre-order items that require more than one shipment, the total shipping and tax charges for each shipment will be allocated proportionally to the cost of the items shipped. Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a delay in processing your order.

HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHOPPING WORK?
We are happy to offer international shipping and returns. All international orders and returns are processed by Don and Swagger Co. This creates the best possible shopping experience by providing competitive international shipping costs and country-specific pricing.


WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
All applicable taxes (VAT) and duties (customs tariffs) will be calculated and displayed during checkout. They are based on the purchased product's country of origin and the classification of that product in accordance with a harmonized system used by the destination country.

Tax rates are set by the destination country and will need to be paid at checkout.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN?
International orders placed on rag-bone.com cannot be returned in-store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact returns@donandswagger.com within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. At this time we are not able to refund the cost of duties and taxes.


WHY IS THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR NOT AVAILABLE?
Certain products may not be available for international ordering. These include sale products, furs, exotic leathers and other products that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into the destination country.


WHY CAN'T I SEE SALE MERCHANDISE IN MY CURRENCY?
The pricing and availability of sale products in USD($) is only valid on orders shipping to the U.S.A. International pricing and availability may vary by country selected to ensure it is in line with the local pricing in the market.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING GIFTS

All orders are shipped with packing list only and no prices will be shown. By selecting the gift box option at checkout, your order will also be charged an additional $5 and shipped with a gift box. 

ORDER STATUS/ORDER TRACKING

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. For order tracking, head over to the Orders page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

TIMING OF ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED

If your order is placed Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday, the order will be shipped on Monday. Two-day and overnight orders will be shipped on the same day if received before 11AM PST Monday through Friday. If an express order is received after 11AM on Friday or during the weekend, your order will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

ORDER AND SHIPPING ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.

You may receive several shipments in order to complete the fulfillment of your order and will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN "ORDER DATE" AND "SHIP DATE"

On most websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at noon PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. If you opted for two-day shipping, you will receive your package two days after it ships. In some cases this does not necessarily mean two days after you place the order. Although most express orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
